Property prices in Hyderabad skyrocketing!

After Bangalore it's now turn for Hyd. In last 7-8 months properties in most of the areas in and around hyd appreciated 100%. Areas near hitech city, kukkatpally, Miapur it appreciated more than 100%.

It is flat now for last 1-2 months. Still I think demand is more than what is coming up. We did some survey, but there are few good projects.
