PM's Independence day promise
I was delighted to hear the announcement by PM about setting up more IITs, IIMs, IISCs & IIITs. welcome thought. But what about another 100 agricultural universities or 10 IRMAs? Agriculture is the largest employment generator in the country. We need advanced skills in this area. I have some links in agriculture. I know there is dearth of new ideas and inputs.

If you're looking at Employment, it should come thorugh infrustructure, public projects - one needs a fine balance of course, but as far as India is concerned, population control is key. Resources are finite and that is quite dangerous. I guess once people are employed, they have less time for children.
