Three Things to make India a Developed Nation

To my mind there are three areas where I felt we need to look into..

1. Administrative Services (national & state level) - some reforms are happening (360 degree appraisal) but we need more. why can't it function like a corporate? We have to deal with corruption-need fresh ideas. We need accountability in terms of utilizing tax payer's money.I always wondered why there is a stark difference in office set up (interior decoration) between government offices and a non-government company. unless you have a good atmosphere, how can you exppect productivity? Some management guru once said I think, wanna improve productivity, look the smell of your office.Even in state power centre (writers' Building in West Bengal) except CM's & other minister's office, the rest is such that, which induces people to sleep.

2. Public infrastructural services - Railways, Post, Telephone, Power- lot of things are happening - we need more.

3. Rural Transformation & Agriculture- We need some serious action here.
